CRM Data Analyst

We’re hiring a CRM Data Analyst to join both our team and the client’s team this June or July. We’re looking for someone early in their career but not entry-level who is proactive and curious about how data quality drives business decisions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, cares about data integrity, and is comfortable using Salesforce and Excel to solve real business problems.

You’ll be supporting the ongoing maintenance, research, and optimisation of CRM data — ensuring information is clean, reliable, and useful to teams across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

✔ Work with large sets of raw data — clean, enrich, and prepare them for upload

✔ Research and confirm company and contact data using third-party tools

✔ Identify and address data gaps and quality issues

✔ Monitor data quality and perform audits, deduplication, and validations

✔ Assist with ad-hoc data requests and research tasks

✔ Support end users with data tickets and reporting queries

What We’re Looking For

🔹 1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin (Sales Cloud) and/or Data Analyst

🔹 Solid Excel skills and basic experience with database queries

🔹 Experience managing and analysing large datasets

🔹 Understanding of data standards, policies, and governance

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

🔹 Salesforce Administrator certification — nice to have

⭐ Strong written and verbal communication skills
