Job Title: RPA Developer (UiPath / Cloud Migration)

Location: Remote 

Rate: 110–130 PLN net/hour, up to 175 PLN/h for Senior candidates

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced RPA Developer to support our client in a strategic transition from UiPath on-premise to UiPath Cloud. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys optimizing automation platforms and processes. The role also involves analyzing potential migration to more cost-effective RPA solutions.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining automations, assessing infrastructure, and analyzing business processes in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the migration from UiPath on-prem to UiPath Cloud
• Evaluate and analyze alternative RPA platforms that offer cost efficiency
• Automate diverse business processes using RPA tools such as UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, etc.
• Integrate custom code (VB, Python, .NET, scripts) into RPA solutions
• Implement OCR and Intelligent Document Understanding for document analysis
• Set up infrastructure to support automation environments
• Conduct business and process analysis to identify automation opportunities and estimate development timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an RPA Developer role
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and UiPath Cloud
• (Nice to have: experience with BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate)
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VB, Python, C#, or scripting languages
• Prior experience with OCR technologies and document understanding
• Solid business and process analysis skills
• Ability to manage development timelines and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Fluent in English (C1) and Polish
• Proactive attitude and a collaborative approach
