EMEA & UK Payroll Specialist

Antdata is a data analytics company that focuses on delivering advanced data solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in a permanent role to support payroll operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing EMEA (a.o. Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Finland) monthly payroll processing through third party vendor or UK in-house
• Ensuring Data Integrity by accurately entering all payroll data and obtaining necessary approvals before processing any entries.
• Reconciling payrolls prior to approval and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with stakeholders including employees, HR, Benefits, and Finance teams.
• Staying up-to-date with current payroll legislation and assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll reconciliations and control reports.
• Supporting management with payroll reporting requests as needed.

Apply if you:

• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in EMEA (a.o. Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Finland)

or/and UK payroll in an in-house processing environment

• Have experience of working with 3rd Party Providers in EMEA
• Are proficient in Excel (including v-lookups).
• Are available to start immediately or have a notice period of no more than one month.
• Have a background in Professional/Financial Services (nice to have).
• Have experience with ADP NGUX software (nice to have).
