Description
Within the Supply Chain of Aperam Europe, this function will be responsible to support the Supply Chain transformation program from a transversal Data and Analytics perspective. It will also actively contribute to our journey of Supply Chain KPI landscape harmonisation. Within the Supply Chain of Aperam Europe, this role is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain transformation program from a cross-functional Data and Analytics perspective. It will also actively contribute to the ongoing harmonization of the Supply Chain KPI landscape.
Responsibilities
In close cooperation to the transversal and local Supply Chain teams, the Data & BI Analyst Supply Chain will
Take in charge or actively support the design and development of specific datasets to run the transformation projects
Be the interface between Supply Chain operational and project teams and the IT Data engineering team for new data engineering needs
Lead a part of the data and BI harmonization projects among our European plants, considering the existing landscapes and KPI definitions and proposing new BI solutions and analytics for cross-functional and innovative approach
Take the role of Data Steward for a specific domain and be responsible to translate raw data into actionable knowledge
Develop new transversal PowerBI reports to replace manual or local reportings and to support the digitalisation, including relevant data modelling and data visualisations
Support and challenge the IT Data strategy definition and implementation by presenting and following up the business perspective and needs to IT teams
Competencies
Technical competencies and background
Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Data Analytics or Big Data
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Project management experience (Waterfall and Scrum/Agile)
Strong Data Quality and Data Governance skills
Advanced expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power Query
Proficiency in DAX and M language
Solid knowledge of SQL or Python; SAS is a plus
AI-enablement skills
Fluency in English. French or Dutch are a plus

Compensation
Depending on experience and level of commitment, the base salary is expected to range from PLN 12,000 to PLN 14,000 gross.

Work Mode
Hybrid working model. During the probation period (3 months), you will work from the office daily. After the probation period, there is the possibility to work 2 days from home and 3 days from the office, with flexible starting hours.
