ERP Customer Support Consultant with German

Aptean is now seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our Support Team as part of our continued growth!

If you're a strong communicator and thrive in the IT world, this position is for you! The goal: solving customer inquiries and providing competent support as well as testing and documenting new modules and releases.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries (IT tickets)
• Problem analysis, error identification, and finding solutions
• Creating documentation of inquiries
• Communicating customer requirements to the development department
• Actively develops product knowledge in various areas
• Testing and documenting new modules and releases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with ERPs or in Logistics
• Strong experience in the area of customer / client support
• Understanding of software and business processes
• Strong team and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• IT knowledge, including SQL and programming know-how
• Detailed knowledge in logistics (e.g., warehousing, procurement, order management, production, and material management).
