AutoBidMaster is a fast-growing online marketplace in the unique segment of the automotive industry – used & salvaged vehicle auctions.


For over 15 years, we have been successfully providing our US and global customers with access to online vehicle auctions, and efficiently delivering their vehicles to every major port in the world. We are a passionate and dedicated team composed of 100+ employees worldwide, committed to making AutoBidMaster the greatest place to buy and ship salvaged vehicles while making the industry transparent, innovative & fun.  


AutoBidMaster is on a mission to help our customers give a second life to used cars by simplifying auto auctions for all. 

You will work as part of our customer success team, contacting current users of the AutoBidMaster website. You will be working closely with online customers, auction support teams. Your expertise will be in managing customers’ inquiries and support. 


The customer success agent is often the first impression of AutoBidMaster for our prospective customers, so confident, professional communication skills are a must!  


Responsibilities: 

  • Customer service: Assist on-line customers with questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking, and complaints, via email, phone, chat etc. as needed. (50-65 calls/day on average)  
  • Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing and verifying customer’s needs. 
  • Act as the face of AutoBidMaster to influence customers to order from us again 
  • Engaging potential customers in smart, consultative dialogue  
  • Embody the Company Core Values in every interaction with customers, team members 
  • Execute strategies to improve customer success and increase retention.  

 

Requirements: 

  • Fluent English 
  • Experience in Customer Support or Service 
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry 
  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticket-based customer support platforms 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills  
  • Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities  
  • Positive attitude and go-getter mentality  
  • Quick, eager learner  
  • Based in Warsaw
