Analyst: Procurement Data

Your Role

• Manage monthly spend performance for assigned categories at global level
• Responsible for weekly monitoring of the spend data for assigned categories in “Cost Management Tool”
• Responsible for reporting positive and negative impact and explain the reasoning after coordinating with respective Category or Sourcing Manager
• Ensure close coordination with respective category strategy and Business Budget
• Coordinate with Stakeholder, Category team and Finance to ensure increased spend data accuracy month over month
• Responsible to present and publish executive summary month over month to Indirect SCM leadership
• Responsible to provide spend analysis insight to Sourcing team on key upcoming contract renewal or on new deal negotiation
• Responsible to provide all necessary spend information with analysis required by Sourcing team in negotiation process
• Provide ongoing spend analysis support to Sourcing team on key deal / contract negotiation
• Coordinate with Category / Sourcing Manager to build and storage spend data set required on annual basis aligned with Category Strategy in form of Tableau reports

Your Background

• Bachelor in Business Administration or Finance or Management or equivalent degree
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience
• Analytical skills and exposure to Tableau/PowerBi
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint, Project, MS Form and Excel
• Communication skills and fluent with English language

Nice To Have

• Master in Analytics, finance or Management
• 1-3 Years of relevant experience
• Data reporting experience
