Junior Project Consultant – Technical Due Diligence and Project / Bank Monitoring

Location: Warszawa 



Role description:

  • Participation in and contribution to technical due diligence of buildings (logistic, residential, hotel, office, retail, data center) for investors in standing assets

  • Supporting technical asset management team in digitalization of technical documentation

  • Supporting development monitoring teams in project delivery for investors and lenders.

 


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Master’s degree in civil engineering or architecture or plans to obtain it within the next 1-2 years.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1 level), with the ability to write technical reports in English.

  • Experience: Post-graduation on-site professional experience in engineering is advantageous.

  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Polish legal and technical requirements for built assets.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for site visits (minimum of 4-5 days a month), including international projects across Europe.

  • Work Environment: Ability to work at a high pace and under significant pressure from clients.

  • Teamwork: A dependable team player.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills.

  • Work Ethic: Hard-working and motivated to advance in built assets consultancy.

  • Digital Proficiency: Early adopter of digital solutions in a professional environment (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Power BI).
