Project Consultant – Technical Advisory: Design & Specifications
Location: Warsaw
Role description:
active participation in the design process, from the concept phase through detailed design to the Author’s Supervision stage
supervising or writing technical specifications as part of the project documentation delivered to clients
advising clients on value engineering options
managing client requirements and obtaining sign-offs on project decisions within complex organizational structures
organizing and managing project inputs, outputs, and outcomes, including project communication and meetings
ensuring timely production of project documentation
preparing project progress reports for clients
collaborating within a multilingual and multinational team
providing advisory services to clients on complex architectural and construction-related issues, including but not limited to transactions, developments, asset repositioning/adaptation, feasibility studies, and site location analyses
reviewing development and construction contracts, budgets, schedules, designs, and the quality of materials and workmanship
supervising construction works
preparing development feasibility studies and due diligence reports.
Requirements:
minimum 7 years of professional experience in project documentation preparation and design management
experience in delivering projects for public sector clients
Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
proficiency in Polish Building Law, building technical standards for real estate assets, and the Polish Code of Administrative Procedure. Familiarity with Public Procurement Law and Public Project Regulations
possession of an architectural or civil engineering license for design services is welcome but not mandatory
experience in preparing documentation for publicly procured projects (e.g., PFU, STWIORB) is highly valued
familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, is an advantage
proven client-facing experience, including discussing project requirements and outcomes
ability to work effectively and lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants
strong proficiency in spoken and written English (C1), including the ability to draft technical reports in English
excellent teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
high motivation and dedication to delivering quality work.
