CX Specialist with Dutch– Non Prime orders

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented CX Specialist with Dutch, ready to take ownership of the non-prime order flow and ensure smooth coordination across logistics, warehouses, transport partners and our commercial teams. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating with many stakeholders and keeping processes under control — you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do
Customer & Order Management
Act as the direct point of contact for the commercial non-prime organisation, providing timely and accurate updates (written and oral) in multiple languages.
Handle a variety of customer questions: material status, delivery timelines, complaints.
Maintain complete and accurate customer files, including administrative and logistical data.
Stock & Material Coordination
Manage non-prime stock: assign material to orders and unblock material in warehouses.
Take responsibility for the customer portfolio and act as backup for other non-prime order specialists during absences.
Transport & Logistics Execution
Create and manage transport requests.
Coordinate outbound shipments by truck, rail or vessel.
Liaise with transport companies, external warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth dispatch.
Handle changing situations such as stock push, under-deliveries or deviations from standard procedures.
Verify available loading slots and work closely with ICP (packaging/loading teams).
Problem-Solving & Operational Support
Independently solve standard issues; escalate complex cases to colleagues or supervisors when needed.
Proactively address credit limit exceedances, inventory challenges and exception management.
Ensure cost-optimized handling of non-prime material in line with business guidelines.
What We Expect From You
Good command of Dutch & English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently in a structured, efficient way.
Confidence in handling non-standard situations and changing market conditions.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Openness to hybrid work.
