About a role:
As a PA & OM Administrator for the employees on the payroll Cluster Belgium working in transversal departments, you will be a key figure in managing personnel data and maintaining the organizational structure within our HR systems (SAP/Oracle/MyHR). You ensure that all changes regarding employees on the payroll Cluster Belgium working in transversal departments are implemented correctly and in a timely manner, and you support (transversal) HR colleagues and managers in requesting and following up on workflows.
You play a crucial role in synchronizing data between the local and global SAP HR systems and take action when errors arise from the interface of local and transversal IT systems.
You are a key user for organization chart management, i.e. contact person for local and Europe IT in case of changes to systems and acceptance tests regarding adjustments to the local or global system that have an impact on the communication between the two systems.
Responsibilities:
Managing and updating personnel data (PA) such as employment, contract type, job changes, etc. relating to employees on the payroll Cluster Belgium working in transversal departments.
Maintaining the organisational structure (OM) of transversal departments with a local anchorage: allocation of functions, reporting lines, cost centers, etc.
Processing requests via HR Renewal or SAP backend with a focus on transversal departments.
Clarify errors arising from the interface of local and transversal programmes and look for a sustainable solution to avoid these errors in the future.
Collaborate with the Data Quality Centre and HR Shared Services for quality control.
Supporting users with questions about processes or system usage.
Actively contribute to the optimization of HR processes and data quality.
Requirements:
You have experience with HR administration and/or organizational management.
You have knowledge of SAP HR.
You communicate fluently in Dutch/ French and English.
You work accurately, discreetly and customer-oriented.
You have analytical thinking skills.
Interested in digitization and optimizing HR processes.
