Universal Admin Specialist with German
Responsibilities:
Provide Employee & HR Services with a strong focus on HR Administration and Employee Services
Handle all employee changes that can be standardized via templates, including system input, document creation and data maintenance
Create and manage employee-related documents, checklists for exit processes and notifications to relevant stakeholders
Manage the sickness process, including manual input into the system
Prepare and use templates in German for information to be sent to insurance institutions
Respond to employee queries received via different communication channels
Handle retirement processes end-to-end
Create employee references in line with internal standards
Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related tasks while maintaining high quality standards
Cooperate closely with internal and external customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar)
Preferably 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within HR Administration or Employee Services
Strong HR knowledge with a solid understanding of German labour law and German wage tax law
High level of accuracy and attention to detail; works meticulously and ensures tasks are completed with a high degree of precision
Well-structured working style with strong planning and organizing skills
Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks
Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset and focus on stakeholder management
Decisive and solution-oriented; able to independently plan and manage own work and solve problems
High stress resilience and ability to perform effectively under time pressure or in challenging circumstances
Adaptable and flexible in response to changing situations, priorities or working conditions
Strong analytical skills
Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Hansalog and Gfos
Fluency in German and English (C1).
