Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities

  • Handle all employee changes that can be standardized via templates

  • Perform system input and create employee-related documents

  • Prepare and manage checklists for exit processes and ensure notification to relevant stakeholders

  • Manage the sickness process, including manual insertion into the system

  • Prepare and use templates in German for information to be sent to insurance institutions

  • Respond to employee queries received via different communication channels

  • Handle retirement processes

  • Create employee references in line with internal standards

  • Ensure accurate, timely and compliant processing of HR administration tasks

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar)

  • Preferably 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar HR administration or employee services role

  • Strong HR knowledge with solid understanding of German labour law and German wage tax law

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail; works meticulously and ensures a high degree of precision

  • Structured working style with the ability to maintain an overview of tasks and priorities

  • Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks

  • Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset

  • Problem-solving and able to independently plan and manage own work

  • Customer- and stakeholder-focused approach, taking into account the needs of internal and external customers

  • Ability to perform effectively under time pressure and in challenging circumstances

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations, priorities and working conditions

  • Solution-oriented mindset with focus on practical and workable solutions

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Hansalog and GFOS

  • Fluency in German and English.
