Your responsibilities
Supporting clients in German, Italian or Spanish – via phone, email, and chat,
Responding to inquiries and solving client issues – you will be the first person to help them,
Providing support regarding automotive products and services – sharing knowledge and assisting clients,
Maintaining high-quality service and customer satisfaction – every interaction you have will make an impression.
Our requirements
Very good knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish (C1 level) to communicate smoothly with clients and business partners,
Communicative knowledge of English – you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment,
Ability to communicate effectively and build positive client relationships – your openness will make a difference,
Willingness to develop in the automotive industry – you will learn everything from scratch and quickly gain experience,
Experience in a similar position is a plus, but if you are just starting out, there’s nothing stopping you from learning.
