Our team in Warsaw is expanding and we are searching for a Content Manager.

🔍 What will your responsibilities include?

• Creating and managing content across all Ars Thanea brand communication channels (text, video, audio).
• Updating and optimizing the website for SEO.
• Creating premium content e.g.: e-books, interviews with the team, webinars or podcasts.
• Running email marketing campaigns.
• Working closely with the management team to prepare content.
• Continuously monitoring and analyzing data.
• Ensuring a consistent brand image across all communication materials.
• Expanding your knowledge, testing new tools, looking for new ideas and inspirations.

📌 Apply if:

• you have a passion for writing and feel comfortable working with various content formats—from social media posts, and blogs, to expert articles,
• you have experience in the position of Content Manager or a similar, independent role,
• social media is your natural environment—you know how they work and how to use them effectively,
• you have excellent editorial skills, and proofreading is part of your daily routine,
• you handle data analytics well and have experience using Google Analytics and other tools,
• you are knowledgeable in video editing and know how to create dynamic content for social media,
• you can adapt your communication style to different audiences,
• you know how to conduct interviews and ask questions that help you gather material for engaging content,
• you enjoy working with people—you are kind and open,
• you think outside the box, are creative, and find inspiration everywhere,
• you are organized and reliable,
• you have strong written and spoken English skills, along with proficiency in Polish.

✨ Bonus points for:

• A degree in journalism, communication, or content marketing.
• Journalism experience.
• Experience hosting podcasts.
