Our client - a team of founders from Silicon Valley who have created successful mobile apps with over 650 million downloads, have previously raised tens of millions of dollars in funding, and have reached valuations and exits north of $300 million. They believe friendship is one of the most underappreciated human values, that is important for a fulfilling life, mental health, and longevity. The mission is to make friendships more deep and meaningful for the next billion people. They are building a social app based on deep tech, which uses AI, ML, and face recognition to provide a social experience for a wide audience. They are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own and drive the paid marketing strategy for the company, from creative concepts to media buying execution
- Collaborate with the CEO, CPO, and team to align marketing initiatives with product goals and business objectives
- Manage and expand campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms for both web and app acquisition
- Develop a robust process for generating and testing creatives to identify high-performing campaigns
- Work closely with the product and design teams to experiment with and improve web funnel performance
- Oversee the technical setup of tracking and analytics to enable data-driven marketing decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing budgets of at least $500K/month in the US market
- Hands-on expertise in paid marketing for web funnels and subscription-based mobile apps
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and their ecosystems
- Ability to independently set up and manage campaigns from strategy to execution and optimization
- Experience with technical tracking setups (e.g., pixels, MMPs, or UTMs) and analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in testing and scaling campaigns across web and mobile platforms
- English - Upper Intermediate+
Would be a plus:
- Experience in verticals such as Utility or Social apps
- A proven track record of building acquisition strategies for social apps
- Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven optimization methods
- A proactive approach to experimenting with creative and targeting strategies
