We are looking for an Account / Project Manager to act as the key link between our clients and the MarTech team. This role ensures smooth project delivery, high client satisfaction, and effective collaboration across strategy, MarTech, and creative teams. It is ideal for someone who combines strong client service with project management experience in MarTech, SEO, and data-driven campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication.
Translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable project plans.
Manage projects covering MarTech integrations, SEO, and data-driven marketing activations.
Coordinate internal teams (Strategy, MarTech, Creative) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Monitor scope, budget, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring transparency with clients.
Prepare and deliver status updates, performance reports, and presentations.
Identify and support opportunities for upsell or cross-sell within client accounts.
Build strong, trusted client relationships, positioning the agency as a long-term partner.
Key Skills & Experience:
3+ years’ experience in account or project management within digital marketing, MarTech, or agency environments.
Proven track record managing MarTech, SEO, and data-driven campaign projects.
Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and KPIs.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to translate technical/analytical outputs into clear client communication.
Strong stakeholder management and client relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Tools & Platforms:
Ability to operate in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello).
Reporting & presentation tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
Familiarity with MarTech platforms, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
