About the Role
Due to the dynamic growth and expansion of our organization, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to support us in executing our ambitious plans to scale IT teams both in Poland and internationally.
We’re seeking a professional with proven expertise in international high-volume IT recruitment, ideally within Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments. Your mission will be to attract top tech talent from various markets through effective sourcing strategies and employer branding campaigns across social media—both locally and globally.

You’ll be joining an organization undergoing exciting transformation and rapid expansion, where your role and initiatives will directly influence the shape and direction of global recruitment operations.
Your Responsibilities – Key Tasks
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Technical Support) at high volume, with the goal of onboarding several hires per month.
Collaborate with hiring managers across different countries to coordinate recruitment timelines and interview schedules.
Design and execute sourcing strategies (inbound + outbound), including employer branding campaigns, as well as cooperation with universities and external recruitment agencies in Poland and abroad.
Manage candidate pipelines in ATS and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, CV-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate).
Work closely with HR Business Partners and HR Administration on onboarding and administrative processes.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment – ideally with high-volume and/or international hiring projects (proven by references).
Experience working in Shared Services / GBS / recruitment process outsourcing – understanding of recruitment at scale.
Fluent English – daily communication with candidates and hiring managers, including interviews and offer negotiations in English.
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g. eRecruiter, SmartRecruiters, Lever, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow).
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a KPI-driven mindset.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-paced, mass hiring environment.
Bonus: experience in employer branding and creating/running recruitment campaigns.
Experience in an agency or RPO environment is a strong plus.
