As we expand our B2B services, we’re seeking a Recruitment Specialist & Account Manager to drive client acquisition worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Find and engage companies globally seeking scalable, AI-driven recruitment solutions.

• Build strong client relationships and act as their account manager, guiding them through our platform.

• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to convert prospects into active users.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize processes and improve offerings.

You Bring

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or independent initiative.

• Minimum 4 years professional experience in recruitment or B2B sales.

• Track record in client acquisition and account management.

• Excellent communication and deal-closing skills.

• Self-driven, organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
