Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
Leading e-commerce projects, developing global e-commerce strategies, creating comprehensive e-commerce toolkits
Establishing long-term relations with global and local clients Interacting with strategy and creative teams to ensure client’s requests are clearly communicated and on task
Creating and maintaining project calendars to keep client’s projects on schedule for completion and release
Preparing cost estimations, monitoring projects budgets
What you’ll need to succeed:
Required:
Min. 3 years of experience in the Client Service area
Experience in an agency environment (digital, E-commerce, marketing…)
Experience in project management and interacting with other teams
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Open mind – eagerness to learn new things, not afraid to ask questions
Focus on results and know the value of reliability
Stress resilience and a knack for problem solving
Desired:
Experience in working with global Client
Knowledge of the e-commerce and digital industry
