Account Executive (E-commerce)

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
Ongoing e-commerce and digital project management (from briefing to execution and invoicing and project closure and documents management)
Coordinating work of dedicated team (designers, strategy, creatives, copywriters)
Preparing cost estimations & managing budget, project teams, projects’ timelines
Managing financial aspects of the projects, managing external subcontractors, and companies, client documentation and assets
Closely cooperating with clients and internal departments on a daily basis, maintaining positive relationships and ensure overall client satisfaction
Creating (together with appropriate teams) innovative ideas, presenting to the client and executing
Representing the company and maintaining high standards of cooperation
Being Single Point of Contact for selected clients
What you’ll need to succeed:
At least 1 year of experience in digital/e-commerce agency (in Client Service/Project Management)
Proficiency in English (written and oral)
Ability to cooperate with other company departments (design/strategy) and operate on agreed delivery dates with minimum supervision
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to comply with processes and execute project tasks on time
Working knowledge about preparing briefs, cost estimations, setting up a project timeline, trafficking people and delivering deadlines
Good communication skills
Technical curiosity with a thirst for knowledge for online marketing.
Willingness to learn and develop yourself every day and play in team
Very good command of MS Excel and MS Power Point
Desired:

Experience in Beauty industry
