Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
Becoming a go-to person for your clients on all levels (knowledge expert, business partner, quality keeper), being responsible for overall client satisfaction and good relationship with them.
Establishing and keeping strong collaboration and partnership with the clients.
Proactively looking for business opportunities across clients – creating ideas, presenting to clients and executing.
Independent and seamless e-Commerce/digital projects management and delivery, ensuring efficient project communication.
Being responsible for budget planning, sales planning and reporting status of planned sales in the team.
Preparing cost estimations & managing budget, project teams, project timeline.
Keeping fiscal discipline of your projects.
Cooperating with other departments in the Agency to ensure all team and project challenges (Design, Strategy, Creative, Administration, Finance, HR…).
Managing and supervising team of your own and working on improving their project management and client service skills.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Min. 3 years of experience in client service, preferably in advertising agency (E-commerce, digital, marketing…).
Digital/E-commerce knowledge.
Ability to cooperate with other company departments (design/strategy) and operate on agreed delivery dates with minimum supervision.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to create processes.
Working knowledge about preparing briefs, cost estimations, setting up a project timeline, trafficking people and delivering deadlines.
Experience in running a team on your own would be an advantage.
Proficiency in English.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Desired:
Experience in beauty industry.
Experience in working with global/international Clients.
Digital or E-commerce agency background.
