Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
Manage and deliver digital marketing and E-commerce projects end-to-end
Take care of client requests and build long-lasting relationships – mainly in international environment with a focus on digital marketing and E-commerce
Recommend new solutions to the client
Track, analyze, and optimize client product presence across online channels, marketplaces, and digital campaigns
Manage project budgets and prepare cost estimations
Identify ways to maximize revenue for the assigned business unit and others (including upsell)
Establish short- and long-term digital strategies with clients and report on their execution
Negotiate and set terms of cooperation, contracts, and payment methods for online projects
What you’ll need to succeed:
Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably in marketing agency
Excellent client service skills and ability to build strong relationships
Experience in E-commerce or digital marketing projects
Practical knowledge of cost estimations, project timelines, and campaign delivery
Experience in working with international Clients and projects
Understanding of traffic building, paid media, performance metrics, and conversion optimization
Knowledge of path-to-purchase and online customer journeys
Proficiency in English. (min C1)
