Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
· Creating graphic designs, drawings, and visualizations for e-commerce, digital projects, and web interfaces for local, regional, and global clients of Assembly.
· Designing user-friendly and visually engaging web layouts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
· Ensuring consistency in branding and design elements across digital platforms, including responsive designs for both mobile and desktop environments.
· Actively participating in creative work, contributing fresh ideas, and staying updated with web design trends and best practices.
· Close collaboration with the project team (creation, strategy, design, client service), with a focus on seamless integration of design elements into web development processes.
· Consulting and advising on the quality of graphic and web projects executed by other team members and freelancers.
· Ensuring high-quality standards and usability in web projects, prioritizing UX and UI best practices.
· Regularly reporting the status of ongoing projects and updating stakeholders on progress.
· Participating in internal training sessions to continually improve skills in digital and web design.
What you’ll need to succeed:
· Proven experience in creating digital and web graphic materials, with a portfolio showcasing your work in both static and interactive web design.
· Practical knowledge in UX/UI design principles, experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma), and familiarity with web design guidelines.
· A solid understanding of responsive design and how to optimize visual elements for various screen sizes.
· Desire to grow in the e-commerce, digital, and web design space, collaborating with UX, creative, and technology teams.
· Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, FIGMA, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools.
· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an ability to communicate effectively with developers.
· Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability to different client needs.
· Proficiency in the English language at a level suitable for work in an international environment (at least B2/C1).
· Passion for exciting projects in a fast-paced, ambitious, and professional agency environment.
