Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Reception desk management
  • First contact with guests, clients, and employees
  • Ensuring proper circulation of documents (correspondence, shipments)
  • Administrative support for employees and management
  • Handling and preparing meetings and events
  • Maintaining office equipment and reporting malfunctions
  • AV system and video conferencing management
  • Organizing business trips
  • Preparing, sending, and registering correspondence and shipments
  • Cooperation with all organizational units within the company and other entities
  • Handling the Enova system for invoice registration- optional,
  • Handling Jira Servicedesk and Jira Insight in tasks related to the administrative department- optional


What you’ll need to succeed:

·      Good English language skills (min. B2/C1)

·      Fluent Polish 

·      Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

·      Full-time availability (8.30 am to 5.30 pm, shifts, Mon-Fri)

·      Experience in similar role – nice to have

·      Flexibility, multitasking, and attention to detail

·      Office equipment handling skills

·      Organizational and communication skills

·      Reliability

·      Creativity and resourcefulness
