About the role:

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team and help craft exceptional user experiences for our clients. This role requires a combination of strong interface design skills and analytical thinking—someone who can not only design intuitive experiences but also assess, audit, and optimize them based on user behavior and performance data.

We specialize in creating websites for leading local brands and top Fortune 500 companies, but our projects also extend to mobile applications, internal systems, and other digital experiences.

We are hiring for two collaboration model:

• Full-time employment
• Freelance/project-based cooperation

Design and optimize digital experiences, primarily for websites but also for other platforms such as mobile apps and internal systems.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

• Design and optimize digital experiences, primarily for websites but also for other platforms such as mobile apps and internal systems.
• Conduct UX audits, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate closely with design, strategy, technology, and client service teams.
• Present design concepts and solutions to clients with clarity and confidence.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Mid or Senior level experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.
• Strong skills in creating hi-fi wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architectures
• Analytical mindset – ability to assess, iterate, and improve designs based on data and user insights.
• Understanding of user behavior, digital trends, and basic technological concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (strong focus on Figma).
