About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced UI Designer to join us remotely on a freelance basis (approximately 20 hours a month). If you love creating beautiful and functional digital experiences, understand both user needs and business goals, and know your way around tools like Figma and Adobe – let’s talk!

Our requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with brand design and creating brand books
• Great communication and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams
• Very good English skills (C1 level)
• Availability at least 20 hours a month. 

💡 Nice to Have:

• Background in IT or tech projects
• Knowledge of SEO and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and web analytics

Scope of responsibilities

• Design websites, landing pages, and digital experiences from concept to final design
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems (mainly in Figma)
• Develop consistent visual identities and design brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with marketing, developers, and external partners
• Design marketing materials like social media graphics, banners, and campaign visuals
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, responsive, and accessible
• Join client workshops, feedback sessions, and internal reviews
• Help improve internal design processes and share your expertise with the team
