About the role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Web & Mobile Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our experimentation and personalization program. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, formulating hypotheses, and executing a high volume of A/B tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target. Your primary goal will be to deliver actionable insights that lead to measurable improvements in user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction across our web and mobile platforms.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
Lead the Experimentation Lifecycle: Design, implement, and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests (MVT), and personalization campaigns from hypothesis generation to post-test analysis.
Leverage Adobe Target: Become our in-house expert on Adobe Target, utilizing its full suite of features to set up, launch, and monitor testing activities on our websites and mobile applications.
Analyze Performance: Dive deep into test results using statistical analysis to identify winning variations. Understand the 'why' behind user behavior and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Report & Communicate: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate testing roadmaps, results, and key insights to stakeholders across product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to create test variations, ensure accurate implementation, and champion a test-and-learn culture throughout the organization.
Identify Opportunities: Proactively analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and user feedback to identify key areas for optimization and testing.
Maintain Program Integrity: Ensure testing data quality, statistical rigor, and adherence to best practices for all optimization activities.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role such as a WebAnalyst, CRO Specialist, Digital Analyst, or Product Analyst.
Adobe Target Expertise: Demonstrable, hands-on experience andproficiency with Adobe Target is essential for this role. You should becomfortable building audiences, activities, and reports within theplatform based on a custom code approach.
A/B Testing Mastery: A strong track record of planning and executing awide range of A/B and multivariate tests.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and criticalthinking skills. You love turning data into actionable insights.
Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical concepts relatedto A/B testing (e.g., statistical significance, confidence levels, p-values).
Web & Mobile Analytics: Experience with digital analytics platforms likeAdobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Proven track record of Google Tag Manager deployment with a globalfirst approach (one container on multiple markets).
Understanding front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for setup,troubleshooting, and testing. Ability to write audience defining scripts,data manipulation and adaptation.
Nice to have:
Experience with other tools in the Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g., AdobeAnalytics, Adobe Audience Manager).
Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience with BiqQuery
Experience in E-commerce
