We’re looking for someone who is ready to lead our sales journey in small and mid-market segment. What we call the title is secondary to us; what matters most is finding the right leader who can help us scale our business, build strong relationships, and take charge of big deals & bold moves.

- Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on middle-market segment
- Set up scalable, predictable sales processes that are data-driven and automated wherever possible
- Work hand in hand with marketing & SDR team to turn inbound traffic into revenue and outbound into opportunities
- Improve pipeline quality, optimize conversion rates, shorten sales cycles
- Drive new verticals, customer acquisition strategies, and expansion into new industries
- Own the numbers: forecasts, KPIs, targets, growth
- Coach, mentor, and elevate your team’s performance every quarter
- Someone who has done this before – minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS experience, and at least 3 leading a team
- A strategic operator who knows their way around CRM (we use HubSpot), understands SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, MRR, churn), and leads through data
- A team builder – strong in hiring, coaching, and inspiring people
- A collaborator – someone who thrives in cross-functional teams and aligns sales with product, marketing, and ops
- Someone who’s ambitious, communicative, and proactive
- Fluent in Polish and English (C1/C2)
- Bonus if you’ve scaled a company from PL to international markets
- If you're more into maintaining the status quo than shaking things up – this might not be your thing
- If you're waiting for perfect processes instead of building them – this role will drive you crazy
- If KPIs make you roll your eyes, and “automation” sounds like a buzzword – we’ll probably be out of sync
- If leadership to you means top-down orders, not rolling up your sleeves – we’re too hands-on for that
- And if you prefer polished decks over real conversations with customers – you’ll be bored here
