Senior Data Analyst

🚧 What will you actually do?

1. preparing cyclical and ad-hoc reports for Sales and Product Development teams
2. developing and maintaining a dashboard and reporting system in Looker Studio, including Operational KPIs
3. participating in month-end closing, including product/service usage settlements and reporting to clients
4. co-creating the reporting data warehouse in collaboration with IT and Finance teams
5. supporting sales processes (cross-sell, up-sell) with proper analytics and reporting
6. contributing to the creation and settlement of the Sales commission system
7. reporting SaaS business metrics (e.g. GRR, NRR, MRR, Expansion, Churn, Contraction)

🚧 Requirements

1. minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
2. solid understanding of relational database concepts
3. good knowledge of subscription-based SaaS products/services
4. a solution-oriented mindset and ability to draw conclusions from data
5. experience working with databases and creating business analyses
6. ability to identify and categorize analytical needs
7. well-developed data visualization skills
8. fluency in English, both spoken and written (including readiness to lead meetings in English)
9. nice to have: experience in creating Master Data solutions and/or building a data warehouse would be a plus

Tools and systems:

1. Google Sheets, Excel (incl. Power Query, macros) – advanced level (must-have)
2. SQL – advanced level (must-have)
3. Looker Studio or other dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) – advanced level (must-have)
4. KNIME Analytics Platform or other data stream tools – (nice-to-have)
5. CRM system – HubSpot – (nice-to-have)
