We are looking for someone who doesn’t just interpret regulations, but understands how they translate into real products, user flows and business decisions.

Who we’re looking for:

A regulatory/compliance professional who:

• thinks independently and can draw well-reasoned conclusions;

• is well-organised and able to manage multiple workstreams;

• is comfortable working close to product, tech and business teams;

• understands how regulation impacts real-life implementation;

Must have:

• strong, hands-on experience in AML/CFT, in particular:

  • developing and implementing AML procedures and methodologies;

  • applying customer due diligence (CDD) / enhanced due diligence (EDD) measures;

  • practical understanding of financial security measures and risk-based approach;

• solid knowledge of:

  • PSD2 / PSD3 / PSR;

  • DORA;

  • AI Act;

• general understanding of:

  • trust services and the digital identity ecosystem;

  • the direction of eIDAS 2.0 (you don’t need to know it inside out — it’s new, but you need to understand what it is about);

• min. 3 years of experience in:

  • a financial institution, or

  • regulatory advisory (law firm / consultancy), or

  • payment institution / fintech;

• ability to work hands-on, not only at a theoretical level;

• strong analytical skills and ability to connect regulatory dots;

• professional proficiency in Polish (required);

• business/legal proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• experience as AMLRO / MLRO;

• experience with:

  • digital identity / KYC / onboarding

  • authentication / SCA

  • cross-border regulatory projects

Formal qualification:

• legal qualifications (attorney-at-law / advocate) are not required.
