Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead who will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a strong focus on measurable results. The role involves working with data, analyzing marketing performance, and developing customer acquisition strategies across multiple countries (Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Mexico) using channels such as SEO, PPC, and Social Media.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for activities that have a direct impact on the company’s business performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing Performance Marketing strategies across multiple markets, with a focus on customer acquisition and KPI delivery.
Managing and optimizing digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, social, display, affiliate, S2S/API).
Analyzing campaign results, preparing data‑driven reports and recommendations, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Managing Paid Media budgets and allocating them efficiently based on ROI.
Designing initiatives that support traffic growth, lead generation, and conversion optimization, as well as improving the Customer Journey.
Coordinating cooperation with external agencies and supervising the quality of their work.
Managing the work of Google analysts and supporting the development of their competencies.
Identifying new opportunities, trends, and technological solutions within Performance Marketing.
Collaborating with global teams and IT in the implementation of new tools and functionalities.
What We Expect
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads Editor, and programmatic tools.
Experience working with analytical tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
Very good knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
Ability to analyze PPC and SEO data and draw insights that support business decisions.
Ability to identify trends and create forecasts related to campaign results and customer behavior.
Very good command of English (daily work in an international environment).
