Accounting & HR Specialist

AVSystem is a Polish company founded in 2006 in Krakow. We design and create original software from the Internet of Things (IoT) and telecommunications domains. With over 200 professionals in Poland and abroad already part of our team, we are poised for further growth.

We are currently seeking a Accounting & HR Specialist to join our finance department. If you like working with both - numbers and people, repetitive tasks don't bore you, and you're diligent and precise – this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming cost invoices and coordinate with external accounting

• Settlement and control of company expenses (credit card expenses, business trip expenses, etc)

• Responsibility for student contracts: preparing contracts, updating data in the system, preparing and submitting payroll data to accounting.

• Issue and handle invoices for one of our products 

• Backup for other team members (during absences - vacations, L4)

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in accounting and HR processes

• Secondary or higher education in accounting, HR or a relevant field (nice to have)

• Fluency in Polish and knowledge of English on minimum B2 level

• Knowledge of Accounting and Polish Tax Law

• Commitment, conscientiousness and ability to self-work organization that enables effective management of multiple tasks

• Knowledge of ERP Comarch Optima (nice to have)
