Junior Financial Specialist

AVSystem is a Polish company founded in 2006 in Krakow. We design and create original software from the Internet of Things (IoT) and telecommunications domains. With over 200 professionals in Poland and abroad already part of our team, we are poised for further growth.

We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Specialist to join our finance department. If you like working with both - numbers and people, repetitive tasks don't bore you, and you're diligent and precise – this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Settlement and control of company expenses (credit card expenses, business trip expenses, etc).
• Collection, recording, approving, and forwarding cost invoices to external accounting service.
• Sending payment reminders to clients.
• Support in the collection of HR documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an internal accounting department (preferred Accounts Payable).
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent in Polish and fluent in English (min. B2).
• Relevant education (finance, accounting, economics) will be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Polish Accounting and Tax Law.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the MSOffice package.
