New Business/Sales Manager


AVSystem is a leader in advanced network and device management technologies, focusing on the rapidly evolving Internet of Things (IoT) landscape. Our flagship IoT products, including the Coiote IoT Device Management platform, empower businesses to efficiently manage and monitor IoT devices at scale, ensuring enhanced connectivity and security.


Role Overview: Join our team as a New Business/Sales Manager and play a central role in our Global Market Expansion Initiative. This strategic position involves spearheading our expansion into new and dynamic markets, capitalizing on emerging trends, and enhancing our market share through our innovative products and services. You will be responsible for driving business development and securing new business opportunities globally, with a focus on Europe and the Industrial/Embedded Utilities sectors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams – marketing, product development, and customer success – to ensure effective and impactful market entries.


Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue untapped business opportunities to boost new business revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to expand customer base
  • Craft and execute detailed business development strategies and outbound activities
  • Manage sales planning, forecasting, and reporting to meet company goals


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in new business development with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrable expertise in executing outbound business strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as SalesForce
  • Knowledge or experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) industry
  • Excellent command of both English and Polish, coupled with superior communication skills
