Technical Product Manager – CSP

Your role:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between the business and technical worlds, ensuring that product development aligns with user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment and play a key role in driving product success.
Key responsibilities
Define clear feature specifications through user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineers to evaluate feature feasibility and manage technical risks
Prioritize tasks and manage the product backlog for development teams
Foster clear communication and collaboration between product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders
Maintain a strong understanding of relevant technologies and development processes
Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders across departments
Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that user feedback and data-driven insights guide product enhancements and iterations

Strong technical background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, ICT, or IT

Experience with B2B products
Experience in the Telco industry (knowledge of eTOM)
Understanding of networking, network protocols, and software architectures
Hands-on experience with product marketing
Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
