We are a dynamically growing recruitment agency specializing in the IT and SAP industries. We help our clients find the best talent that contributes to their success. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT/SAP Business Development Specialist, who will be responsible for acquiring new clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively searching for and acquiring new clients (prospecting) in the IT and SAP industries.
  • Establishing contacts through BD Calls, Client Calls, Client Visit, LinkedIn, and sales emails.
  • Identifying clients’ needs and presenting the agency’s services.
  • Qualifying clients based on identified business needs.
  • Handing over, qualified clients to the Customer Care team (responsible for maintaining relationships and upselling).
  • Ensuring accurate input of client data and contact history into the CRM system.

 

What We Expect From You

  • Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on active client acquisition (minimum 4 years).
  • Knowledge of the IT/SAP industry.
  • Strong skills in phone communication and high-level negotiations.
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and a results-driven mindset.
  •  Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level – essential for communication with international clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a systematic approach to managing a client database.
