Axon is a full-cycle software engineering service that develops unique software solutions. Our mission is to provide high-quality software to clients by ensuring that the project runs smoothly with a delivery that is always on time.

We are a fast-growing team that cares deeply about our employees and our clients. During the 8+ years on the market, we executed 130 successful projects and opened offices in Ukraine, Georgia, Poland, and Estonia.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development (IT Sales) specialist to join the Business Development team, which currently consists of 6 experienced Business Development Specialists. Your working focus will be on EU and Nordic countries.  


Qualifications

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or customer research (experience in outsourcing companies is preferable).

- Written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to plan and organize work effectively.

- Knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to quickly learn new terminology and concepts.

- Ability to understand complex business requirements and systems.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 


Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers to execute the company’s sales strategy.

- Actively search for and engage potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

- Mostly work with cold leads (80% cold / 20% warm leads). 

- Prepare sales proposals and presentations for potential customers, and participate in contract signing and preparation. 

- Document and analyze all activities using the company’s CRM, PipeDrive.

Interview stages

1. Intro call with a recruiter — (Google Meet call 30 mins)

2. HR interview — (Google Meet call 30 mins)

3. Managerial interview with a CEO (Google Meet call 45-60 min)
