Holisticon Connect is a division within NEXER GROUP - a custom software development company. We started in Poland in 2017 and are now a team of over 140 people with offices in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Cracow. We build our Growth Team as one, cross-functional team that involves (you) as the Lead Generation Specialist, Marketing Manager, Offering Innovation Manager, Content Specialist, other Sales Specialists, and Head of Growth. We work closely with the Delivery Team and Managing Director. We work together to build out our sales channels, feed our pipeline, and lead client discovery meetings, and contract negotiations. In this role, you will have a chance to work with multiple of our offerings and services within the Biotech/Pharma, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, or Energy sectors in Europe.


As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
  • Conduct prospecting, qualification, and handovers to the sales team;
  • Focus on lead generation activities on platforms like LinkedIn and outbound campaigns;
  • Utilize creative, entrepreneurial approaches to identify new business opportunities;
  • Build expertise in selected offerings and focus on identifying solutions to customer pain points;
  • Work independently while leveraging team support and an investment plan for your initiatives.

You’re a perfect match if you are/have:

Experience in international sales, particularly in European markets (e.g., UK, Nordics);

  • A proven track record in generating new leads for custom software services;
  • Experience with LinkedIn-based lead generation and outbound campaigns;
  • Skills in managing the full deal lifecycle (from prospecting to closing).
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills;
  • A high sense of ownership and the ability to execute sales projects independently.;
  • A commitment to learning and personal development;
  • Accountability for your actions and a results-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Polish is optional).
