We are looking for a Junior Digital Communication Specialist to support internal and digital communication in a global IT environment.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone who wants to grow at the intersection of communication, digital tools and IT operations. You will support global communication formats, work with modern platforms and collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create first drafts of Intranet articles, presentations and newsletter content.

• Support planning and creation of Social Media posts and other written and audiovisual communications.

• Maintain and update the GDS Communication Hub.

• Support planning, execution and evaluation of digital surveys.

• Provide organizational and technical support for events and Town Halls (online and hybrid).

• Support the development and implementation of standard communication formats and channels.

• Collaborate with global teams in different locations.

• Review and adjust content to ensure messages are clear, consistent and aligned with standards.

• Provide technical support for communication tools, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Teams.

Must have:

• Very good practical knowledge of MS PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations, working with templates).

• Basic experience or strong interest in digital communication tools (intranet platforms, collaboration tools, survey tools, MS Teams).

• Interest in and first experience with AI tools supporting content creation and communication.

• Ability to support online meetings and digital communication formats.

• Willingness to learn and develop in a technology-driven environment.

• Very good command of English (daily cooperation in an international environment).

Nice to have:

• First experience in an IT, digital or shared services environment.

• Experience working with structured processes and standards.

• Interest in internal communication or digital operations.
