We’re looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing team in Greece.

This role is ideal for someone who has 1+ year of experience as a BDR or Junior AE and wants to take the next step into a full sales role within the e-commerce or tech industry.

You’ll focus on developing new business opportunities, running demos, participating in events and supporting the full sales cycle.


Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Junior AE role, ideally in e-commerce or tech/SaaS sales.

  • Proven ability to handle outbound and inbound leads.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Greek and English.

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn how to manage the full sales cycle.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.

  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, international environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of potential customers in the Greek market.

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups to move deals through the funnel.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handovers.

  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach for e-commerce and retail prospects.

  • Attend selected client meetings and industry events to build market knowledge.

  • Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, track progress, and report results.
