Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our growing team in Greece. This is a 360° role that combines new business development with strong account management. You’ll not only bring in new customers but also build lasting relationships that drive retention, expansion, and long-term success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through proactive relationship management.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings in person.

  • Collaborate with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client outcomes.

  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline, track performance, and report on results.

  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, marketplaces, and logistics solutions.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management.

  • Experience in a tech or SaaS company is a strong plus.

  • Strong entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude — comfortable working autonomously.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Greek and English.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM systems).

  • Willingness to meet clients in person and represent  at events.

  • Ambitious, growth-oriented mindset.
