Delivering end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition processes for roles ranging from early career professionals to senior and executive positions
Applying aptitude diagnostics and competency‑based interview techniques to identify, pre‑select, and successfully engage top talent
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, working closely with HR Business Partners to design and execute effective hiring strategies
Proactively sourcing and engaging high‑quality candidates through various channels and active sourcing methods
Driving continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition, initiating projects, introducing innovative ideas, and implementing the latest TA trends and technologies
Your Profile
Proven experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international environment
University degree (preferred in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field)
Strong passion for attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent, including active sourcing
Experience acting as a confident and consultative partner to business stakeholders
Data‑driven mindset with a strong interest in HR technologies and digital TA solutions
Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written)
