AI Agent Architect / Prompt Engineer

The Company: Beliani is one of the fastest-growing eCommerce companies in Europe. We are a successful online retailer of furniture and accessories. With our main operations based in Szczecin, Poland, and over 700 employees, the company is expanding quickly internationally, currently operating in 19 countries.

        We are developing an advanced autonomous AI customer-service system that understands customer inquiries, triggers actions in connected systems, and supports operations across multiple countries.
To expand our team, we are looking for a skilled AI Agent Architect / Prompt Engineer who will work on-site with our engineering and operations teams.

What you will do:

• Design and optimize AI agents that classify customer messages and choose the correct actions

• Create system prompts, reasoning rules, and structured multi-step workflows

• Build agent logic using tool-calling or function-calling across different LLM platforms

• Collaborate with developers integrating agents into ERP, and internal services

What do we expect from you?

• Experience with modern LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)

• Strong skills in prompt engineering and structured agent workflows

• Understanding of multi-agent orchestration or tool-based LLM systems

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) is a plus

• Experience in customer service or e-commerce is helpful but not required

• Willingness to work on-site with the team

• Highly motivated people with less experience are welcome to apply.
