Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Observability
Drive observability initiatives within D4A using the toolset provided by the ESL Product Line.
Implement monitoring standards and ensure high visibility across distributed systems.
Incorporate security best practices into daily operations and solution design.
Perform change management activities, including software version updates and controlled rollouts.
Automation, Optimization & Process Improvement
Identify and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks across services and infrastructure.
Improve deployment pipelines to ensure smooth, stable, and predictable releases.
Analyze existing operational processes, identify gaps, and design improvements or new workflows.
Serve as a consultant to internal teams, advising on DevOps automation and best practices.
Service Reliability & Stakeholder Collaboration
Maintain the integrity, performance, and availability of critical services.
Act as a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders during complex operational challenges.
Communicate with external vendors and partners during incidents, managing them end‑to‑end.
Support multi‑cluster, enterprise-scale environments with strong SRE-oriented practices.
Your Skill Set:
Deployment, CI/CD & DevOps Tools:
Operational experience with deployment and container lifecycle tools
Preferred: Harbor, Opentofu Controller, Kyverno-Operator, ArgoCD
Hands-on experience maintaining Git and CI systems
Preferred: GitLab, Harness
Planning & Documentation Tools:
Experience using project/knowledge management tools
Preferred: Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence
Cloud-Native & Automation:
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps workflows, and IaC principles.
Deep understanding of DevOps automation and cloud-native architectures.
Solid knowledge of Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, Go).
Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring toolchains.
Operations & Reliability Engineering:
Proven background in Operations, SRE, or DevOps functions within enterprise or multi‑cluster environments.
Languages:
Fluent English (spoken and written) — minimum C1.
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):
CI/CD tools: FluxCD
Backup & restore tools: Velero
Artifact management: JFrog Artifactory
Developer platform tools: Backstage
Administrative knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
