Role Summary

As an Intelligent Automation Specialist, you will join our growing automation delivery team and work on end‑to‑end automation projects for international clients. You will design, develop and implement scalable automation solutions using the UiPath ecosystem and complementary AI technologies, supporting clients in improving efficiency and transforming their business processes. Depending on your experience level, you may also take part in technical leadership, mentoring and pre‑sales activities.

What you will do:

• Analyze business processes and assess automation potential

• Prepare process documentation and technical specifications

• Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath

• Test, deploy and maintain bots, including hypercare support

• Collaborate closely with clients, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Solution Architects

• Report risks, issues and changes; support workload estimations

• Contribute to improving IA methodologies and delivery best practices

• (Senior/SA) Conduct code reviews and support technical decision‑making

• (SA) Mentor team members and support pre‑sales activities

Basic Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience with the UiPath ecosystem (Studio, Orchestrator)

• Good understanding of the full automation lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare)

• Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation

• Knowledge of IA best practices and delivery standards

• Experience in process analysis and workload estimation

• Good communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UiPath Task Capture, Maestro, Agent Builder

• Familiarity with IDP / IXP solutions and ML / AI components

• Experience with UiPath Test Suite, Cloud or agentic automations

• Previous experience in mentoring junior team members

• Participation in pre‑sales or solution estimation activities

• Experience in international or client‑facing projects
