We are currently looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Developer to support the Data & Analytics team responsible for reporting across Meter2Cash processes. In this role, you will design, develop, and operate BW/4HANA data models, ensuring high-quality insights for internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do:

Data Modeling & Development

• Translate business requirements (including case analyses) into technical solution designs aligned with client development standards.

• Define, document, and present data models in SAP BW/4HANA for approval.

• Build and enhance data models supporting market communication (BDO) and master data reporting.

• Develop technical objects and implement logic in ABAP and HANA SQL.

• Integrate data from multiple sources, including:

• SAP MaCo Cloud

• SAP S/4 Utilities

• CSV-based data sources

Quality & Operational Excellence

• Deliver implementations aligned with Product Owner priorities and harmonized business requirements.

• Ensure stability, accuracy, and auditability of data flows and reporting structures.

• Identify data or logic inconsistencies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.

• Prepare documentation and manage handover to the client.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, architects, and the Meter2Cash domain teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and technical standards.

• Participate in an Agile development environment, ensuring transparency and high-quality delivery.

What we are looking for:

Experience & Technical Skills:

• Solid professional experience in SAP BW/4HANA development.

• Hands-on expertise with:

• SAP BW/4HANA data modeling

• HANA SQL

• ABAP

• SAP S/4 Utilities

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Understanding of Meter2Cash reporting processes, market communication, and master data flows.

• Ability to design reliable, scalable, and well-documented BW solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain technical matters.

• High ownership, responsibility, and delivery focus.

• Persuasiveness and confidence in stakeholder interactions.

• Experience working in Agile teams.

• Team-oriented mindset and reliability.

• German language proficiency — must-have (daily professional communication).
