Alongside client work, we actively invest in our own products and open-source ecosystem.

Two of our key initiatives are:

Atlas — an open-source toolkit for Governed AI Engineering that helps teams move from experimentation to production by bringing governance, workflows and AI engineering practices into the software development lifecycle.

MDCMS — an open-source, AI-native content engine and Markdown-first CMS designed for modern content operations, developer workflows and AI-powered publishing systems.

As both products continue to grow, we are expanding our content and thought leadership efforts.

We are looking for someone who can understand complex technical concepts and transform them into content that developers, engineering leaders and AI teams genuinely want to read.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who understands modern software development, AI workflows, developer tooling and open-source products.

Your mission will be to help shape the voice of Atlas and MDCMS through educational, technical and thought leadership content.

You will work closely with founders, engineers and product teams to transform product developments, technical concepts and industry trends into engaging content that builds awareness, trust and adoption.

We are looking for someone who enjoys learning technical topics, asking questions and turning complex ideas into content that creates value for technical audiences.

Our Requirements

• Strong English writing skills (C1+)

• Experience creating content for technology companies, SaaS products, developer tools or startups

• Ability to understand and explain technical topics in a clear and engaging way

• Strong understanding of modern software development and developer workflows

• Familiarity with topics such as:

  • AI Agents

  • LLMs

  • AI Workflows

  • RAG

  • Developer Tooling

  • Open Source

  • Headless CMS

  • Modern Web Development

• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other digital channels

• Ability to perform independent research and identify relevant industry trends

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, ideation and content workflows

• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to experiment

• Curiosity about emerging technologies and developer ecosystems

• Fluent English

Scope of Responsibilities

LinkedIn & Social Content

• Create engaging LinkedIn content for Atlas, MDCMS and Blazity

• Develop educational, product-focused and thought leadership posts

• Build consistent content series around AI engineering, AI workflows and developer tooling

• Translate technical product updates into engaging social content

Long-Form Content

• Write blog posts, technical articles and educational resources

• Create product explainers, use cases and implementation guides

• Develop content supporting product launches and feature releases

• Produce materials for newsletters, podcasts, webinars and events

Product Storytelling & Thought Leadership

• Collaborate with founders and engineers to identify compelling stories

• Transform technical developments into narratives that resonate with developers and engineering leaders

• Monitor trends across AI, open source and developer tooling ecosystems

• Help position Atlas, MDCMS and Blazity as visible voices within the AI and developer ecosystem

Content Operations & Experimentation

• Continuously test content formats and distribution strategies

• Explore AI-assisted content workflows

• Contribute ideas that improve content effectiveness and reach

• Support broader GTM and awareness initiatives around our products
