Role Overview:

The Social Media Creative will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing creative strategies that enhance our Client’s brand recognition and engagement across all social media platforms. A key focus of this role will be to strategically integrate User-Generated Content (UGC) into brand advertisements, without compromising brand equity. The successful candidate will be adept at crafting compelling social media creative ad copy, creating engaging storyboards and designing creative strategies that engage, inspire, and resonate with our clients' diverse global audiences. This is a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing goals.

  2. Strategically integrate User-Generated Content into brand advertisements while maintaining brand integrity and equity.

  3. Write compelling, engaging, and high-converting ad copy for various social media platforms.

  4. Conceptualize and create engaging storyboards for ad campaigns.

  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-performing creative assets.

  6. Analyse and interpret campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

  7. Stay abreast of latest industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our creative strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design or a related field.

  2. Proven 5 years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, creative environment.

  3. Exceptional English speaking and writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling ad copy.

  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective best practices and newest global trends

  5. Understanding of cross-categorial insights, especially related to Gen-Z

  6. Proven track record working with top brands on minimum regional level

  7. Demonstrated ability in conceptualising and creating engaging storyboards.

  8. Ability to analyse and interpret marketing data to inform strategy development.

  9. Proven track record in managing UGC and maintaining brand equity.

  10. Proficiency in the latest digital and social media tech and communication trends.

  11. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
