Application Designer UX & UI

with English (remote)

B2B: 10.000-15.000

UoP: 9.000 – 13.000 zł gross

This is a full-time position for remote-only work. We offer a B2B contract or Umowa o Prace with an hourly rate and a stable and long-term cooperation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our goal is to transform our application into the best-looking and most user-friendly business application on the market. For this we need your help.

Improving the UI and the UX of our platform is a strategic goal in our company and has a high priority. Our B2B web application is complex with many features, complex views, and various configuration scenarios. This is not a simple shopping website – making it loveable and easy to use will be a challenge.

You will be working as a team-member of the frontend development team together with developers, testers, a product owner and our Creative Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

·        Develop UX designs for our application together with our product owner.

·        Transform the UX designs into UI designs in Figma using our component library.

·        Evaluate and improve the UX of our existing platform features.

·        Cooperate tightly with our product team during the development of every feature.

·        Work with our Creative Director to turn your visions into a beautiful and functional experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·        You are not only doing UX or only UI – you are capable of doing both.

·        You must be a self-driven and proactive person who can work independently. You are able to plan your work effectively.

·        You are capable understanding complex UX scenarios that are configurable. You have encountered similar problems and solved them in the past.

·        Experience in styling components of third-party libraries like Kendo or other component libraries.

·        Familiarity with a mobile-first approach. Responsive web-design which works both on desktop and small screens.

·        Figma: At least 2 years of professional experience in working with Figma.

·        Designing mocks with components, not by drawing everything from scratch every time.

·        Mocking not only happy-path scenarios but also non-happy path scenarios of the app. You are taking a systematic approach in iterating through all possible use case scenarios

·        Languages: Good command of written and spoken English (at least B2).
